From our beginning, Sandlot was formed to share what we learned about health information exchange (HIE) development and implementation with other communities — to foster the simplest, fastest route to improved quality of care and efficiency of delivery.
Every day, we are exploring the facilitation of secure and open sharing of patient-centric health information in ways that match how medical professionals actually work. Each technology partner, physician practice and community we work with adds new insights and opportunities for important improvements and expanded capabilities.
